TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • STRICTLY PAYMENT FIRST POLICY

  • Full payment or 50-70% down payment for regular tasks should be secured first to ensure legitimacy of transaction. However, rush tasks necessitate full payment within one hour.

  • Kindly send a screenshot for proof of payment. NO SCREENSHOT = NO PAYMENT.

  • STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION

  • A refund would be granted if unseen circumstances happen or if the reason is valid. However, the commissioner can only refund half (50%) of the total amount paid; the rest will be charged as a cancellation fee. Otherwise, a 50% charge will be applied for unexpected task cancellations.

  • STRICTLY PAY ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES ON TIME

  • As a client, please be aware of your responsibilities and ensure any outstanding balance is paid promptly by the agreed deadline. If payment is delayed beyond the specified deadline after I inform you that the task is complete, a late payment fee of ₱30 per hour will be charged. Let’s avoid wasting each other’s time.

  • RATES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE DIFFICULTY AND COMPLEXITY OF THE TASK

  • To avoid conflicts, kindly fill out the automated inquiry form with detailed instructions and specific requests. If the inquiry form is not available, kindly ask. NO INQUIRY FORM = NO REPLY

  • No precise instruction means that the commissioner will do it in her own understanding of the task.

  • A heads-up message will be sent to inform the client to pay the remaining balance before receiving the output.

  • Clients may be able to slightly negotiate budget as long as it is within the range of fair rate.

  • The rush fee, as well as the late payment, revision, cancellation, watching and reading fees, are adequately considered.

  • Although I don't usually provide updates but rest assured that the task will be submitted on or before the given deadline.

  • SZA has the right to decline any inquiry due to personal reasons.

  • Rude and demanding clients will be automatically blocked.

  • Upon receiving the finished output, carefully check the files for any possible revisions as perceived within 2 hours. Any major revisions within or after the said timeframe will require additional charges.

  • Base rate is 0.75 per word, but it can go up to 0.95 depending on the task's difficulty.

  • Rates will always vary depending on the task you inquired.

  • Rush task is considered to be within 0–3 days of the deadline and is charged with a rush fee.
